Lanin Law P.C. has a 2500 sq.ft. modern office on the 14th Floor of 505 Eighth Avenue located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Our Suite # 1402 is directly across from the elevators. Our main entrance is on Eighth Avenue at the corner of 35th St. We are near Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, and Times Square South. We are across the street from the New Yorker Hotel, Staples and Starbucks. We are easily accessible from every subway line, the LIRR, the Port Authority, the NY Waterway, and the Metro North Railroad.
By Subway 
To 34th St. – Penn Station, 8th Ave. Walk north one block to 35th St. and 8th Ave.
To 34th St. – Penn Station, 7th Ave. Walk north one block and west one avenue to 35th St. and 8th Ave.

By Train
From Long Island:
MTA Long Island Railroad to Penn Station. Please refer to LIRR website for specific train schedules to NY Penn Station. From Penn Station walk north to corner of 35th st. and 8 Ave.
From Westchester & Connecticut:
Metro North Railroad to Grand Central Station. From Grand Central – (a) walk or take a 5 minute taxi to 8th Avenue at 35th St, or (b) take the 7 or Shuttle train to Time Square, then use the connecting underpass to walk to Port Authority on 8th Avenue and transfer to the A, C, or E train one stop downtown to 34th St. station.
From New Jersey:
New Jersey Transit. Please refer to NJ Transit website for train schedules from various points in New Jersey to PENN Station. From Penn Station walk north to corner of 35th st. and 8 Ave.

By Bus:
From New Jersey:
NJ Transit Bus to Port Authority located at 40th St./42nd St. on 8th Avenue (625 8th Avenue
New York, NY 10018). From the Port Authority Terminal, take subway lines A, C, or E to 34 st. 8th ave. (Penn Station stop) or walk south on 8th Avenue from 40th St to 35th St. Please refer to NJ Transit website for bus schedules to NYC.

Parking Garages
If you prefer to drive in, there are many parking garages and lots in midtown you can use. Here are a few nearby garages we use that provide good service:
- Outdoor lot – enter on east side of 9th Avenue between 35th St and 34th St.
- Indoor garage – enter on south side of 35th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue
- Indoor garage – enter on south side of 36th St between 8th and 9th Avenue
- Indoor garage – enter on south side of 38th St. between 8th and 9th Avenue
