ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS

CAN I COLLECT MY MONEY?

Lanin Law P.C. helps judgment creditors collect debts and enforce judgments by locating debtors and their assets, levying on their assets, and garnishing their salary.  Our firm is authorized to pull credit reports for all judgment debtors from the major credit bureaus.  You will need the social security number and date of birth of the judgment debtor.  The best time to get this information is when the relationship begins, not later when there is a dispute.   We counsel all clients to obtain this information from their customers and vendors in advance before agreeing to loan money or extend credit.  We also handle skip tracing to locate missing debtors and we utilized supplementary proceedings like post-judgment examinations, information subpoenas, garnishments (income executions), and levies on accounts and assets (property executions), among other available tools.

If you need to enforce a judgment, contact us online or call Scott Lanin, Esq. at (212) 764-7250 Ext.201. We offer a free phone consult to review and evaluate your case or you can schedule an office consult.
