EVALUATE MY CASE
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Evaluating a case is a difficult process best left to a professional. Of course, you may have an idea about whether you can prove a particular claim or defense but most people who are not litigators do not have the experience to do a thorough analysis of the issues and strategies. Even very experienced attorneys who practice in other areas of law do not know what to do about a lawsuit. Reviewing a dispute requires a working knowledge of many overlapping and intersecting areas of law and an understanding of the procedures in court. Clients often do not realize that they actually have defenses where they thought there were none. Clients often do not understand the strengths and weaknesses of their claims or what the burden of proof is for each.
